The incumbent in this role has already been promoted after five months in the buisness and as such, we are now seeking a talented and focused HR/IR Advisor to join this business.
Reporting to a National HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing day to day advice to the business on generalist HR activities across recruitment, workforce planning, IR/ER and policies and procedures. You will also provide guidance and support around EBA issues, leadership development and talent management as well as performance issues.
Ideally you will have HR generalist experience combined with a strength in IR and experience from within the manufacturing, industrial, mining or transport sectors. You will be knowledgeable in the areas of EBA/IR and employee relations and be able to provide advice to the management team across the business unit. With demonstrated commercial and business acumen and experience in cultural change management and communications, you will have a high degree of influence with senior decision makers in your current role.
With relevant Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation as they embark upon a change transformation program.
