An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and resourceful HR Advisor to join this very fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team and the business unit managers in a very proactive and reactive manner. Reporting to HR Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic input and advice to the business on such things as operations, change management and cultural issues that may impact the business unit on a day to day basis. You will also be involved with workforce planning, salary reviews, negotiations, general HR administration, IR policy and award interpretation. You will also provide guidance and supporting and investigating cases, leadership development and talent management as well as performance issues.
Ideally you will have developed your extensive HR generalist and IR knowledge and experience from within the manufacturing, industrial, mining or FMCG sectors. You will be knowledgeable in the areas of EBA/IR and employee relations and be able to provide strategic advice to the business unit Managers. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, initiating and delivering results and brokering solutions as required. With a demonstrated commercial, business acumen and experience in cultural change management and communications, you will have a high degree of influence with senior decision makers in your current role.
