Our client is a dynamic and growing Property Development organisation that covers the residential market, from stand-alone residences to large master planned communities. A business that prides itself on its service to its clients and delivers exceptional design capabilities in some high profile locations. As a result of growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Office Manager to join their team, which is currently located in Canterbury but will be moving to the Northern or Western Suburbs .
Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist the MD, GM, Design Manager and sales team across all administrative duties, from sales contracts to data entry and most critically you will be the customer service face of this family owned yet corporate business. You will coordinate functions, presentations and assist with marketing collateral as well as the normal daily office management duties, in this hands on and diverse role.
Your ability to work with both internal and external providers and ensure their needs are met will set you apart in your field. Ideally your background will be in a fast paced and entrepreneurial business environment. You will enjoy being hands on and being busy whilst undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and property industry experience, coupled with accounts and payroll experience would be beneficial but are not mandatory. What is mandatory is your ability to say, “I will do it†and be customer focussed.
