As part of driving further growth within this high profile Sport, Leisure and Entertainment business, they are presently seeking an experienced Sales Analyst, with the role being pivotal in acting as a key link between Sales and Marketing, and driving outcomes that will inevitably lead to increased sales and brand awareness.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, your key responsibility will be to analyse sales data and information to identify trends and provide data to support marketing campaigns that maximize membership retention and generation of new business. The role will also prepare all sales reporting, data and individual sales activity reports and to be the expert within CRM/Customer database system.
You will be tertiary qualified, as well as having similar experience within a Sales Analyst position, preferably within a membership or sports event based organisation. You must possess strong analytical skills in the use CRM systems with an ability to influence key decisions both internally or externally. You will also possess superior verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey a clear message.
