Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will be to plan, develop and direct HR strategies for the organisation. A proven high performer in building Leadership & Capability into customer facing teams, you are a true business partner who has delivered significant business results through your HR initiatives. Your will have proven capability in developing leadership programs, organisational resourcing strategies, L&D frameworks and addressing the broad HR issues to achieve profitability and business objectives that are clearly linked to commercial outcomes.
You move and act with pace, educate your partners and are the thought leader across your business. In providing HR strategy / advice and support to key leaders, you will coach your Leadership team to deliver outstanding talent management solutions to their teams.
Tertiary qualified in HR or Business, you will have significant experience at a senior level, as a generalist HR practitioner; specifically in Strategy, Organisational Development, Change Management and Talent Management. You will possess superior influencing and leadership skills to work closely with Executive team and key stakeholders, together with an ability to manage short-term activity whilst focused on long term performance and improvement. The flexibility to work in an evolving and changing business will be critical to your success.
