Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will have full accountability for a high profile grocery category and will work closely with the global brand board to influence and drive strategy and key marketing initiatives. Development of the 5 year innovation portfolio including the identification of key opportunities, which will translate into cut through concepts, will be your primary focus in this role. You will be required to motivate other business functions to drive the cross-functional vision alignment within the organisation. Utilising pricing, market coverage, and customer marketing analysis you will be responsible for leading the deployment process of the brand into the market from concept through to advertising campaigns, in-store visibility management and more.
Driving value initiatives, developing talent, creating collaborative relationships and influencing key people will be demonstrated through your outstanding leadership and communication skills. You will be tertiary qualified in Marketing or Business and will have proven senior marketing strategy expertise within an FMCG grocery environment dealing with the majors and with notable achievements.
