Reporting to the Office Manager they are seeking the exceptional talents of a Personal Assistant Sales Administrator to join their dynamic and hard working team.
With demonstrated experience in a similar role the successful candidate will be responsible for Supporting the National Sales Manager with major accounts and assisting the sales team with sales related updates as well as preparing submissions and range sheets for customers. Coupled with this you will also be involved in preparation of monthly customer reporting, trade shows and liaising directly with clients and rep enquiries.
Working in this fast paced dynamic environment, as a born organiser, you will be invaluable in managing a high level of support for the entire Sales Team and will have excellent communication skills. Mandatory will be your attention to detail followed closely by accuracy and initiative and computer literacy across Excel, Powerpoint and the Microsoft office suite of products. As a self starter, your ability to prioritise will ensure you support the team to success. Similar industry experience will be highly regarded as will your ability to work in a busy team environment.
