They currently have a need for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team for an initial six-month fixed term contract with possibility of a permanent role.
Reporting to a Director of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include managing recruitment campaigns for corporate roles with a focus on proactive sourcing and developing talent pools for future business growth. Working and partnering with senior Line Managers to understand their needs, you will manage the end to end process including writing job advertisements, managing ad response, candidate screening and formal interviews and shortlisting to the business. There is one direct report to this role, so you need to be an individual that enjoys coaching and mentoring more junior team members.
You will enjoy a fast paced and dynamic business and will be comfortable with utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract high calibre candidates for existing positions and assist in the establishment of talent pipelines for future resourcing needs. You will also be involved in contributing to the development and evolvement of guidelines, systems and processes related to talent acquisition and management and working collaboratively with the global Talent Acquisition team to share learnings and best practice strategies.
To be considered for this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Business or a HR related discipline and will have solid internal recruitment experience across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, ideally gained from an FMCG, Retail or related business. You have proven ability to add value to the Talent Acquisition strategy and enjoy both structure and discipline in your approach. You need to be adaptable, hands on and possess strong interpersonal skills where you enjoy partnering with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
