A newly created opportunity now exists to join this organisation as a Divisional GM of HR.
Reporting to the business GM, you will partner with the business on all facets of HR across Performance Management, Recruitment, IR/ER, Learning & Development and Succession Planning. Driving HR policies and procedures across employee engagement, organisational capability and ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering will underpin your success. As a key advisor to the business, you will be comfortable mediating and liaising with all levels of staff and managing key stakeholders to deal with complex HR issues. With effective time management skills, you are a forward planner, organised and able to work autonomously.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, you will bring proven experience in a HR management role ideally gained from a Manufacturing or Industrial related industry where you have dealt with a large blue collar workforce. You will build credibility in the business by creating practical HR solutions that work to improve the business operations. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
