This ASX is undergoing a cultural transformation program and are seeking a HR Business Partner for a five month contract to partner with corporate office on the day to day generalist HR activities.
You will partner with the business on all generalist HR activities across Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Management and Employee Relations. Driving HR policies and procedures across employee welfare and engagement, organisational capability and ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering will underpin your success. As an advisor to senior management, you will be comfortable mediating and liaising with all levels of staff and external key stakeholders to manage complex HR issues. With effective time management skills, you are a forward planner, organised and able to work autonomously.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, you will bring proven experience in a HR BP role ideally gained from Manufacturing, Transport, Infrastructure or FMCG. You will build credibility in the business by creating practical HR solutions that work to improve the business operations. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
