As Marketing Manager your key objective will be the responsibility of strategic development, implementation and execution of all marketing and design initiatives. Your focus will be to drive consumer sales, brand awareness and market share which will support revenue growth.
Working closely with the Product and Sales Teams and being involved in all aspects of the business, you will provide detailed analysis of the defined market segment needs and analysis of trends whilst being aware of the long term business goals.
The ideal candidate will come from a consumer or manufacturing based business, be degree qualified and have extensive experience in developing and executing marketing plans within agreed budgets, adding value to the brand and meeting sales and gross profit targets. You will be creative and naturally think outside the square and your commercial and financial acumen is exceptional.
