An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Regional Manager to join this iconic business. The role is covering three states (NSW, Queensland and WA) and will require your extensive background in a similar role as you are the â€œright-handâ€ person to the Retail Director, with a view to succession into their role. Whilst it sounds like a big task the store numbers are manageable, with only 12 stores and the view to grow this.
You will be a dedicated leader with the ability to motivate a large team of Managers and really drive the business to the next level. You are a true retail professional who believes highly in succession planning, coaching, training and mentoring and will be able to strategically plan for the future, having an understanding of financial records such as Profit and Loss, with solid business acumen at all levels.
Previous experience in retail multi-region management is a must, excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills are critical, along with the ability to bring out the best in people. Analytical skills and business acumen will also be essential to the success of this role, and tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded. There will be extensive interstate travel required.
