Reporting direct to the fun loving directors, your passion for people and fashion will want you to enquire further about this leadership role.
Your key responsibilities will be to drive performance and relationships with a team of account managers and agents across Australia and New Zealand. You will also set strategy and promotional marketing opportunities in a hands on multi faceted retail and wholesale business. Ideally you will be in a similar leadership role within women's apparel, where you are currently leading a sales team. With strong financial and commercial acumen, you may hold tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, but your key strengths will be how you and engage and lead your team to success.
A substantial base super and bonus package will be offered to the successful candidate and a sooner rather than later start date is anticipated.
