Due to internal promotion, they are seeking to appoint a HR Manager to oversee a range of HR activities including assuming responsibility for all IR/ER across the group.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with the business to oversee and manage a number of HR strategies including the IR/ER initiatives, Remuneration & Benefits and a number of crucial HR projects. As a predominantly white collar workforce, the IR activity is minimal however you will need to have directly led and managed EBA processes and will feel comfortable in union negotiations and discussions. Managing a team of HR specialists and generalists, you and you team will drive HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering to underpin your success. As a key advisor to the business, you will be comfortable mediating and liaising with all levels of staff and managing key internal and external partners to deal with complex people issues.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, you will bring proven experience in a HR/IR/ER management role ideally gained from a large corporate environment where you have directly managed a team. You will possess high levels of initiative and integrity combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
