Reporting to the GM of Marketing, the key focus of this role will be partnering with the business, primarily product and sales to develop and drive new product opportunities and innovation to meet the needs of existing and new target customers, ensuring sales and growth targets are being met within a mature and competitive industry. You will need to bring a blend of both creative yet very commercial marketing skills, have strategic and â€˜big picture' thinking capability however can operate in a hands on role. With a diverse range of projects on the marketing agenda as this business ramps up its growth strategy, you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and can juggle competing priorities and champion new initiatives. You will provide leadership to cross functional teams by developing and executing the product strategy and managing associated timelines and budgets.
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in ideally Marketing or Business, will have a proven track record of career growth and success in a large/medium corporate services environment and will posses excellent stakeholder management skills. Critical to your success will be your ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and to deliver new product initiatives that meet customer needs as well as targeting new growth sectors. You will be experienced in managing budgets, working in a matrix environment and have scale and capacity to manage a large and complex marketing portfolio.
