With a focus on consistency and remaining true to their customer, they still continue to innovate and remain contemporary in a competitive market. They are now seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12 month maternity leave role.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will partner with the business on all generalist HR activities across Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Management and Employee Relations. Driving HR policies and procedures across employee engagement, organisational capability and ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering will underpin your success. As a key advisor to the business, you will be comfortable liaising with all levels of staff and being a hands on operational HR Manager. With effective time management skills, you are a forward planner, organised and able to work autonomously.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, you will bring proven experience in a HR management role ideally gained from an apparel Retail or Wholesale business. You will build credibility in the business by creating practical HR solutions that work to improve the business operations. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
