As part of driving further growth within this high profile Sport, Leisure and Entertainment business, they are presently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager that has a proven track record of securing new business across a myriad of market segments.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will be to grow and acquire new business across this organisations corporate hospitality division. It will also require you to identify opportunities for other segments within the business, which will include functions & conferences, sponsorship, and advertising. This will be leveraged and utilised from existing and well established networks and relationships to uncover new sales opportunities that translate to acquiring new clients.
You must have a strong proven sales track record, with significant emphasis on business development and account relationships, preferably within, but not limited to, industry sectors such as Hospitality, Sport, Leisure and Entertainment, or Advertising/Media. You will possess superior rapport and relationship building skills, together with a natural ability to business develop and acquire new clients.
