Our client is a growing and dynamic Investment Development organisation specialising in Aged Care and Retirement Villages. The Directors and CEO are very well known throughout Australia and most of their business comes from referrals, ASX listed companies and very high profile investors. As a result of growth, they are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team and support the CEO and Directors through this rapid growth phase and beyond.
Reporting to the CEO and supporting two Directors, you will provide assistance in all administrative duties including, organising board packs and reports, presentations, attending meetings and preparing minutes of meetings, managing travel, coordinating conferences and special events, assisting with projects, diary management and assisting with the preparation and development of various documents, templates, manuals and reports, as well as PowerPoint presentations and presentations of financial data.
Your ability to work with both internal business units and external providers to ensure their needs are met. Ideally you will have developed your career within a fast paced and entrepreneurial business environment, where you have been hands on whilst undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities. Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, together with your strong communication skills and a â€œcan do attitudeâ€ are key attributes required to be considered. Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint are critical requirements for this position.
