They now have an opportunity for an experienced Inventory/Customer Service Team Leader to join their business. Managing a small team, you will need to be able to provide strong leadership around process, offering high service standards and working closely with the field sales team on understanding customer product needs and addressing any inventory issues. Helping to manage replenishment orders, systems and to optimise inventory productivity along with the following are key requirements for this role:
Above all else it is critical that the successful candidate has a strong leadership style and excellent communication skills to ensure that customer supplier satisfaction remains high. To be considered for this position you will have a similar background working within a retail/wholesale organisation and have advanced Excel skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. SAP knowledge would also be desirable.
