An opportunity has arisen for a 12 month maternity leave contract for a Human Resources Manager to be based in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Executive General Manager of HR, you will be responsible for providing advice and support to the business on a wide variety of HR functions to include organisational development, recruitment practices, ethics and compliance in a business environment and more. You will also be heavily involved in managing major change initiatives in the business and be well versed in supporting managers with the tools to encourage positive embracement throughout the change process.
