ASX Listed, our client is a true leader within their area of specialisation in Australia. An opportunity now exists within the HR Division for an experienced Attraction and Retention or Talent Specialist to join their team.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with General Managers and other internal stakeholders as well as manage and develop your external business networking portfolio. You will be required to map current and future team requirements and devise strategy to best acquire and retain talent into the business, to include the use of business tools, market analysis, talent pools and internal/external technology. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partners on key career projects, volume campaigns and business critical roles, you will have outstanding skills in managing a varied workload within specific timeframes.
To be considered for this opportunity ideally you will be tertiary qualified in a business related discipline and will have developed your career from within an internal recruitment function and a HR professional with a recruitment and retention focus. You will hold excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience in engagement and influencing at the key stakeholder level. The ability to devise tailored solutions to complex attraction and sourcing strategies will ensure your success in this environment.
