They are seeking to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor on a short term contract to work with the Talent Acquisition Partner in delivering recruitment solutions in line with the business strategy.
Your accountabilities will be to support the Talent Acquisition Partner by providing all administrative support throughout the recruitment process, such as; job posting, candidate screening, applicant management, through to final offer and contract stages. You will be required to liaise and provide information as required to hiring Managers as well as other members of the broader HR team. In line with the business strategy and requirements you will also work with the Talent Acquisition Partner to build on candidate networks for current and future recruitment requirements. As a service organisation, this business has a strong focus on customer engagement and retention and therefore an emphasis on quality and process is imperative with their workforce.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in a business related discipline, you will bring proven experience of internal recruitment sourcing ideally gained from a large corporate environment. You will have knowledge of recruitment systems including Linkedin Recruiter and you will possess high levels of initiative and integrity combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
