An opportunity now exists within the HR team for an experienced Recruitment Talent Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will form part of the senior HR Leadership team in developing tools and processes to identify, attract and engage top talent. You will also work with the HR team on internally developing talent management/succession planning tools that will assist in identifying future leaders and being able help customise and develop appropriate training programs to ensure individual capabilities are maximised and there are defined career path opportunities for employees. You will lead a small team and will need to delegate effectively yet still maintain a hands on approach and actively participate in overseeing the recruitment of roles. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with General Managers and other internal stakeholders as well as managing and developing your external business networking portfolio. You will be required to map current and future team/talent requirements and devise strategies to best acquire and retain talent into the business. This will include the use of business tools, market analysis, talent pools and internal/external technology. Working closely with the Senior Managers on pipeline resourcing, volume campaigns and business critical roles, you will have outstanding skills in managing a varied workload and being able to juggle a number of projects and competing demands.
