This is a hands on role for a dynamic, high energy and creative L&D professional.
In this exciting new role, you will report to the Organisational Development Manager to support the development of L&D initiatives and broader learning framework. You will be responsible for the facilitation of team development needs, assessing specific learning requirements and facilitating learning programs. You will be responsible for technical writing of training programs as well as supporting the delivery of learning and development solutions to meet capability needs. With a geographically dispersed workforce, you will be adept in developing online tools that are user friendly and time effective.
You will bring experience gained from a multi-site ideally retail or related fast paced organisation with a solid background in a wide variety of L&D disciplines including facilitation, team development, capability assessment and technical writing skills. Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills are essential as is a self-motivated, high energy and driven individual. You will be adept at influencing, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders and working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
