Reporting to the HR Director, your role will oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of best practice learning programs and you will act as a key player in creating the strategy for leadership development and OD and creating the framework. Other responsibilities include:
With proven experience in an OD Management role that MUST have been gained from either a medium to large size retail or FMCG business, you will be an innovative, contemporary and down to earth leader who is comfortable operating in a progressive yet somewhat fluid environment. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
