This is a hands on role for a high energy and innovative OD leader who is comfortable working in a fluid and rapidly changing environment.
Reporting to the Executive Director, your role will oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of best practice learning programs and you will act as a key player in creating the strategy for leadership development and OD and creating the framework. Other responsibilities include:
With proven experience in an OD Management role from a medium to large corporate environment where you can demonstrate hands on experience in developing from initial concept through to delivery OD/L&D programs. You will be an innovative, contemporary and down to earth leader who is comfortable operating in a progressive yet somewhat fluid environment. With high levels of initiative and integrity your interpersonal skills will be second to none and you will follow this through with strong written and verbal communication skills.
