With enviable growth that has bucked the normal retail trend our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Officer in a newly creaked role. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager of this fast paced and dynamic retail business, you will form part of a team that is committed to the ongoing success of the business.
You will be responsible for all end to end sourcing and recruitment, coupled with management of new and existing PSA’s, branding of the business from a recruitment perspective and reporting on all activities to the broader Human Resources and Sales teams. There will be the opportunity to be involved in broader HR practices and projects.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have recruited extensively across all levels of a retail business and will have relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline. You are a commercially focused individual who is comfortable working with senior managers on assisting with their recruitment needs and being able to ‘push back’ as required, while also being innovative when you develop new ideas and strategies to maximise talent management and succession planning.
