This organisation is a household name and continues to go from strength to strength with their product offering and national reach. They are embarking on their next stage of transformation in moving to an agile strategy and this is a newly created role to help support these changes.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, this is a hands-on role that works closely with senior business stakeholders to help to effect organisational change. You will be the day-to-day communications subject matter expertise with a specific focus on supporting change management and engagement activities. A key imperative will be your ability to assist and drive change in the movement of mindsets and behaviours from current to future state ways of working with a focus on governance. Embedding and ensuring sustained adoption of new behaviours and work practices, while minimising impacts on individuals and the business will be a key imperative. Ensuring all communications around organisational change and transformation brings clarity and alignment to business enterprise wide objectives will be a key measure of your success, as well as being able to establish mechanisms to test the effectiveness of communications and change management activities.
A self-starter, you will bring bucket loads of energy and drive and a real passion for engaging and supporting people through change and understanding how to navigate obstacles and roadblocks and having an appropriate tool kit to overcome these. You are a word master and are extremely adept in pulling together documentation and communication strategies that clearly articulate the business journey and agile methodologies. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships across all levels is a natural talent for you. You have strong influencing skills and can champion change capability development within impacted groups, and coach and prepare business leaders in supporting individuals and their teams through change.
The ideal candidate is someone who has very solid communications and change experience in a medium to large corporate organisation and has been involved in large scale agile transformation projects. You will hold formal tertiary qualifications in Communications, Change or a related discipline. You have superior written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. You are a proactive and positive individual who is outcomes focused and enjoys working cross functionally and collaboratively.
