Reporting to the Executive of People & Culture, your role will manage a large team and you will oversee a broad portfolio incorporating Business Partnering, L&D, Talent, HR Systems, Reward & Recognition and IR/ER. We are seeking a high-level people leader who has delivered significant business results through their initiatives. You will have proven capability in leading teams across a broad range of HR issues to achieve profitability and business objectives that are clearly linked to commercial outcomes. You move and act with pace, are a thought leader who inspires and encourages others in providing HR strategy /advice and support to key leaders. You may come from a top tier Consulting firm where you have led teams and have been involved in working with large complex organisations in change and strategy. You may have a blend of both HR and Business Operations experience and are seeking a role that will combine both. We are seeking someone who is â€˜out of the box' for this opportunity.
You will need to be tertiary qualified in HR, Business or related, will possess superior influencing and leadership skills to work closely with the Executive team and key stakeholders, together with an ability to manage short-term activity whilst focused on long term performance and improvement. Ideally a background in FMCG or Retail and a very commercially orientated business would be the preferred industry experience.
