This family-owned industrial business has been in operation for over 25 years and has built an enviable reputation for quality workmanship. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join their team and continue to help take the company to the next level as they continue to grow.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee all Finance duties which includes budgeting and forecasting, monthly financial reports, BAS lodgements, statutory obligations, and cash flow management. You will also oversee invoicing, insurances, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and superannuation for employees. You will also liaise and work closely with the Bank Manager, external Accountants and other Business Partners. Experience in using MYOB is a requirement for this position.
You will ideally come from an Industrial background and understand the demands and pressures of working in a small to medium sized business. This is a hands-on role and you are able to juggle changing priorities and respond quickly to the business needs. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and a positive attitude are a must! You are a team player and enjoy supporting and helping others in the business. Formal accounting or business qualifications are essential for this opportunity.
