We are a small boutique executive recruitment firm based in the CBD and work across a range of different industry sectors. We deal with senior clients and candidates daily and need a well presented, personable and engaging Office Manager to work with our team.
You will work closely with the Consultants and provide support around meeting and greeting candidates for interview, preparing client documents/proposals, managing our CRM database and loading client and candidate information, utilising MYOB for invoice management, assisting with research for search assignments and proactively supporting the business with other ad hoc administrative needs.
You will need to demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for dealing with people, you will have excellent attention to detail and like identifying opportunities to improve /add value working with a small team. Strong communication skills both written and oral and a desire to be involved in a small business where daily needs change constantly.
