An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and focused National HR Manager to join their business.
Reporting to a Regional HRD based in Asia, you will be responsible for providing day to day advice to the business on generalist HR activities across recruitment, workforce planning, IR/ER and policies and procedures. You will also provide guidance and support around EBA issues, leadership development and talent management as well as performance issues.
Ideally you will have HR generalist experience combined with a strength in IR/E and experience from within the food manufacturing or FMCG sectors. You will be knowledgeable in the areas of employee relations, leadership development and IR. You will be able to provide advice to the management team as well as partnering closely with the operations team. With demonstrated commercial and business acumen and experience in cultural change management and communications, you will have a high degree of influence with senior decision makers in your current role yet are able to be hands on and build relationships at all levels.
With relevant Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation as they embark upon a change transformation program.
