An opportunity now exists within the HR team for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will form part of the HR Leadership team in developing tools and processes to identify, attract and engage top talent. You will also work with the HR team on internally developing talent management/succession planning tools that will assist in identifying future leaders and ensuring individual capabilities are maximised and there are defined career path opportunities for employees. You will lead a small team and will need to delegate effectively yet still maintain a hands on approach and actively participate in overseeing the recruitment of key roles. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the General Managers and other internal stakeholders as well as managing external third party vendor relationships. You will be experienced in contemporary sourcing strategies and have experience in developing talent pools for business critical roles as well as pipeline management and workforce planning initiatives including volume campaigns. Experience in helping an organisation build and develop their EVP is also essential. You will have outstanding skills in managing a varied workload and being able to juggle a number of projects and competing demands.
