This Australian organisation is a leading service provider and has a significant workforce and market presence. With a large workforce and diverse range employee profile, they are on a major change agenda and are committed to investing in their people. They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to work with a number of key areas within their business providing strategic HR support.
Reporting to a National HR Manager, you will partner with the business to oversee and manage a number of HR activities including leadership development, workforce planning, ER/IR issues and key projects around change/transformation. As a service organisation, they focus on customer engagement and retention and therefore an emphasis on quality and process is imperative with their workforce. Working with a team of HR specialists and generalists, you will drive HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering to underpin your success. As a key advisor to the business, you will be comfortable mediating and liaising with all levels of staff and managing key internal and external relationships to deal with complex people issues.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, you will bring proven experience in a HR business partnering management role ideally gained from a large corporate environment. You will possess high levels of initiative and integrity combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
