Due to unprecedented growth through customer loyalty, a Bank Management position now exists in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing, leading, motivating and inspiring a team of customer focused people. Whilst doing this, you will also be responsible for driving the financials, including profit and loss, the operations and risk management and of course customer service.
To be part of this banking team, you will have developed your leadership or management career within the banking, financial services or retail sectors. You will possess a solid understanding of consumer behaviours and will have managed a sales or service team; with a proven track record and accountability managing the profit and loss within a business role, you will be a highly motivated leader and team focused individual who enjoys a challenge. Having bi-lingual skills in either Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage in this role.
