They have a newly created opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources generalist support to the Retail division of the New Zealand business, as well as being the HR BP for the Head Office. You will be responsible for generalist HR activities across Learning and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, Talent Management and Employee Relations. You will also work on a range of projects with a specific focus on D&I, EVP, Recognition, Employee Engagement, Talent Management as well as helping embed HR policies and procedures. Ensuring strong internal stakeholder management and business partnering will underpin your success. With effective time management skills, you are a forward planner, organised and able to work autonomously.
Ideally you are currently working in a Retail HR environment and with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, your ability to analyse and solve problems, communicate and listen effectively, whilst using your technical expertise will see you build and establish trusted business partnerships. You will interact with ease with all departments and through adaptable multi-tasking skills, you will deliver more than HR support to the retail arm of this global business. An easy going but determined attitude will set you apart.
